<As plagiarized from Charles Lutwidge Dodgson’s infamous fantasy.>
“Your Majesty, no evidence has been presented.”
The Queen, “Evidence? We don’t need evidence. Sentence first, evidence later. . . Off with his head!” Written 145 years ago; Corporal Leighow is of the opinion we need a more modern version:
“Your Honorable esteemed Corporal, we have evidence to present by four Officers of significantly higher ranking than you and are beyond reproach, and several lowly inmates; three of whom are present whose credibility can be devalued because they wear Gray instead of Blue, an affidavit from a past inmate whom was an illegally convicted inmate as the OCCA ruled him innocent of any crime and ordered his release, all swearing that the lowly accused inmate whom has just recently been granted Parole, never has nor DOES NOT USE THE PROFANITY OF WHICH HE IS ACCUSED!”
Corporal Leighow, “This evidence is irrelevant and contrary to what I have accused and with the power I deserve to wield demand his finding of guilt and impose sentence first as we don’t need any superfluous evidence. Mr. DuBiel, you shall be robbed of 120 days you have earned, you shall do extra duty; you shall be deprived of your ‘CARE’ package and hopefully you shall not be granted the Parole which you earned but spend another three years or so being punished because even if you appeal my decision and win; it will be too late as you have lost your earned Parole.”
“But sir, of what service to Justice is your decision?”
“We are not here to administer Justice, but to punish.”
“But Sir, how does this ‘punishment’ correct a condition that did not exist?”
“We are not here to ‘correct’ anything. I have a desire to punish and my word is law. The matter is closed; my word is law!”

Lewis Carrol is the adopted pseudonym of Charles Dodgson. Alice in Wonderland is not the title of any of his books. Walt Disney combined several episodes from different books of Sir. Dodgson with his cartoon features as early as 1915 and 1925. Alice in Wonderland is what Disney named his films; most prominent in his final version in 1939. The other five Alice in Wonderland films are not Disney’s renditions.
Though presented as a children’s book, the political undertones parallel those of Gulliver’s Travels in that they make a mockery of the ‘System’ so obvious to those in power at the time that Swift’s book was actually banned.
We still have corruption today as in the past. It has been said that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Example: Adolph Hitler.
Little ‘Hitlers’ existed before Adolph and they exist now. Saddam Hussein was one. Unfortunately all too many smaller versions of the bastards escape Justice as they hide behind her cloak. Misfits that parade as normal people.
I lived among prisoners in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections the better part of four years before the Oklahoma Court of Appeals ruled that “Schoonover has not committed the crime . . . and could not be charged with it.” I experienced observing a lot of good “officers” during my stay behind bars. But as there is a ‘rotten apple in every barrel’ there is an occasional rotten officer at every prison. Mal-adjusted power hungry deprived from dysfunctional homes where power was used to control them as a child and they simply do not have the capacity to break loose from that environment.
For whatever reason, they ‘take it out’ on the prisoners they now have under their control. All too frequently it is obvious that their abuse of power is rooted in a jealousy of an intelligence they lack. Bastards like Corporal Leighow can not handle being corrected when they make a mistake. I’ve seen this type retaliate many times because a lowly prisoner corrected a simple mistake they made. Especially if the correction made was witnessed by another prisoner.
“I’ll get even with that Gray-coat for embarrassing me.” What other purpose could Corporal Leighow have if not simply a vindictive nature?

What possible benefit to anyone can Corporal Leighow’s Actions produce? Did Corporal Leighow earn any respect? Did Corporal Leighow lose any respect he had prior to his showing of his true colours?
To his face he will receive the pseudo-respect he earned, and it will be out of fear. Behind his back he will be loathed. By both Gray-coat and Blue-coat alike. I have less respect for him than I have for one who beats their dog! At least ‘dog beaters’ take their inadequacies out on animals and not humans.
There are over twenty inmates who know John DuBiel does not use the profanity Corporal Leighow accused him of stating. Add me to that list and I am not an inmate but was when I met Mr. DuBiel ten years ago. There are also a few honourable Officers at LCCC that knows Mr. DuBiel does not use the profanity Corporal Leighow accused John of uttering. Simply put, the use of such profanity as Corporal Leighow falsely stated, is only used in ignorance by the ignorant and Mr. DuBiel has the second highest IQ of anyone I know.
John DuBiel was granted Parole by the Parole Board. If he is released he will have an earning capacity four times greater than Corporal Leighow can ever hope to have. Therein lies the foundation for jealousy and usurpage of power to keep this lowly Gray-coat from attaining status far beyond the reach of Blue-coat Corporal Leighow.
I should not state a fact limiting the future abilities of Corporal Leighow that can not absolutely be known as Adolph Hitler was only a Corporal when he wrote Mein Kampf.
I have been told not to vent my feelings of atrocities on the web. Blowing the whistle on corruption and corrupt individuals, in this day and age, though read by thousands across the nation / world, all too many readers are complacent where only one life is ruined by a misfit in power. I have been told that the deviant, Corporal Leighow, will simply seek revenge . . . and ‘take it out’ on those under his whip. I have known this type to hold their façade until they get home; then ‘take it out’ on their dog or wife. Or arrest some poor innocent slob in Cotton County and ‘take it out’ on him / her. It’s the only real power he’s got.

I do have a personal interest in wanting Mr. DuBiel released from prison: First, Martin Luther King is famous for his quote, “A mind is a terrible thing to waste.” I have never liked that quote as it is poor grammar. It can be interpreted as stating a mind is a terrible thing. It would be better said, “It is a terrible thing to waste a mind.” That is what the prison system, and bastards like Corporal Leighow, show a desire to do. Mr. DuBiel has a fine mind that would be far more beneficial to society on the open market in society than wasting away in prison.
John is three years from Social Security. If Corporal Leighow has his way that three years of productivity will be wasted in prison. John’s health is also declining. Another three years of the prison’s fine cuisine is in my opinion “cruel and unusual punishment” and Corporal Leighow has already terminated John’s ‘care’ food packages. Thanks to Corporal Leighow withholding food as an added method of punishment my Akita dog eats healthier food than John.
Selfishly, on my part, I have a stack of lumber I bought in anticipation of John helping me build custom [knot so] portable buildings. At age 74 it is a little rough re-tackling that hobby alone.
Past Attorney General stated at a fund-raiser in Tulsa a few years back that 5-10% of Oklahoma’s Inmates have been illegally convicted. 2-5% are innocent of the crimes for which they have been convicted. I know a few of that small percentage. Except for those, I can think of no one that is more deserving of release from prison than Mr. John DuBiel.
I have just exercised my First Amendment Right. Don’t use it; lose it.

AN EDITORIAL
Esteemed Attorney Mathew Dowling, Oklahoma City , has worked very hard for inmate John DuBiel in seeking out and finding over a year of time John has served but not having been given credit for. I myself did quite a bit of ‘footwork’ to the counties from which this ‘lost’ time had been served between conviction and arrival at the prison system.
It is a well known fact that I correspond with John quite regularly; have a running account with Barnes & Noble and supply John with just about every book he asked for. Not just cheap paper-backs, but expensive hard-covers anyone would be proud to display in their library. “Keepers” to hand down to the next generation.
It is also a well known fact that Mr. DuBiel receives the Tulsa Daily World and certain monthly publications. Those things cost money.
It is a recorded fact that John DuBiel makes an average of one phone call per day at about $5. each; and if just one per day that is $155. per month at least, and many times there are 3-4 calls a single day . . .Money.
It has also been noticed that, although the prison does not allow me to visit John, I chauffer Nancy Brook so she can visit and it has always been in a different new car for each visit. It 'appears' that someone has money.
John has also received at least $100 per month cash plus a monthly “food box” measuring 18”x18”x18” or more, packed full. Anyone who has bought groceries knows such is expensive to fill. A friend, aparently with money.
It is also a well known fact that this writer is a 100% Service Connected Disabled American Veteran and with no medical expenses, prudent spending, such rating is quite adequate for modest living on ten acres of land overlooking Keystone Dam. Money.
It is also a well known fact that many of our conversations revolve around pre-Civil War revolvers and other antique / rare firearms. Should anyone look up “DuBiel Arms” our mutual interest would become obvious as the first John DuBiel was an arms inventor who rivaled John Moses Browning! Firearms of their era have sky-rocketed in price; a Frenchman bought over $10,000 of them from one dealer at the Wanamaker show last weekend. Unfortunately, for me, I did not ‘set-up’ or my Colts would probably be on their way to France by now. Money.
I am not rich by any stretch of the imagination but it is obvious that I could have afforded to pay a reasonable extortion to deter the filing of the false charge against Mr. DuBiel. Simple observation says I have money.
I do not use the word “blackmail” as that is usually applicable when one has something they wish to hide. Few realize the two words are actually synonyms. The window of opportunity was there the week between the threat of filing the misconduct and the actual date of the filing. John DuBiel is rather naïve not to know that this is the most logical reason he was written up with a misconduct that did not exist.
As it can not be proved without a miracle shot of truth serum in Corporal Leighow’s arm, and unless that happens it is only a theory. Just as Einstein’s theory of relativity; Darwin’s theory of evolution, even Ohm’s law can not be absolutely proved and we all use that "theory" every time we turn on a light switch or plug in a TV.
It is my ‘theory’ that money was seen to be had from this friend of John’s, with a little threat of, say, three more years in prison, if a certain palm was not greased. This window of opportunity to submit funds was about a week. John, however, sought to seek Justice the honourable way with a fair hearing. It was a crooked game and the cards were simply stacked against him by the dealer.
Like Einstein’s, Darwin’s and Ohm’s law, it is only a theory. A non-disprovable one.

Corporal Leighow’s actions has successfully delayed John DuBiel’s Parole being sent to the Governor to March, 2011. Corporal Leighow should be proud of himself. He has wrecked damage to several lives. Two here in Cleveland. I should have shelled out appeasement as required.
Mr. DuBiel will now be required to do the most useless, longest program DOC imposes on inmates: “Thinking For A Change.” I refused to take the program because I had no desire to change who I am: an innocent, wrongly convicted, denied parole because I showed no remorse for a crime I did not commit, given extra days and denied advancement beyond Level II which was in the process of being reduced to Level I when the OCCA reversed the conviction.
I should have kissed Corporal Leighow’s ass for John and he would be living here and regenerating into society as a benefit . . .
“Distrust those with a desire to punish.” Nietzsche? I forget, and it does not matter. When I was in the Navy, the Army had a slogan: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Dr. Don Bruce and John wrote far better programs than Thinking For A Change while they were spearheading “The Tree of Life” in the Helena facility and they worked!
Who stepped down and made Corporal Leighow God! I pity his dog if he has one. Show mercy and give Mr. DuBiel a lobotomy. That would be a far more humane act than making John suffer another four months simply to gratify the ego of a degenerate.
Sadists like Corporal Leighow are far more evil than most inmates. When they lie, they get away with it because of their status as an officer. When an inmate tells the truth, it is ignored because he has no status.
I pity Corporal Leighow. All tyrants have only a bitter end to look forward to. A simple Bible quote: There is no rest for the wicked. Not true. Rest eventually comes to good and evil alike, with the final breath.
As for the Parole Board taking Corporal Leighow’s word at face value and ‘modifying’ their decision to require Thinking For A Change at the expense of Mr. DuBiel having to waste four more months in a cage, I can’t forget their learned decision to deny parole to this one who suffered more than the sentence imposed the same week the OCCA wrote: “Schoonover has not committed the crime . . . and could not be charged with it.”
I am still waiting for their apology for that wrongful decision. The Oklahoma Parole Board failed Justice miserably then and they failed Justice miserably now in this matter of John DuBiel.
